Homework is a valuable tool in helping students make the most of their experiences in school. Homework reinforces what has been taught in the classroom. It extends concepts, teaches responsibility, and helps students to develop positive and consistent study habits.
Spelling and Math Homework will be given each night M-TH. Language, Social Studies and/or Science will be assigned two to three times a week.
Monday– Thursday– Spelling, Math . Daily Reading
Language, Social Studies, and Science may be assigned with routine homework.
Friday– Assessments- (no homework)
Note: Homework will increase as time progresses
